Privacy, plainly.

This note explains what happens to the information you share through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: usually your name, email and message. Some forms ask for a phone number, organization or city; those are optional unless marked otherwise. We also record the date, which form you used, and a one-way scrambled version of your network address to stop spam. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to you and arrange what you asked about, and, if you joined the Weekly Heart, to send occasional stories. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it goes

Form messages are stored in a private database run on Cloudflare and emailed to the Changing Hearts team. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

What we never do

We never publish anyone's story, photo or recording without written consent, and we never collect or publish health information.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what you've shared, using the contact form.
